Yes, Glamoritza sources the products directly from the brands which means the packaging including the protective dustbags are all original and brand spanking new.
Yes. All items may be returned to Glamorizta for a full store credit in the form of a Glamorizta gift card or an exchange within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase. All tags and original packaging must still be attached and intact, and the item must be in the same condition as when it was sold to you, to receive a full store credit (Glamorizta gift card) or exchange. No cash refunds are allowed.
You are responsible for ensuring the product reaches us in the pre-sale condition and in a timely manner for the return to be processes. Risk and ownership will only transfer once the goods are received back in the same condition as it was sold at Glamorizta. Returns are credited or exchanged based on the amount you paid for the item. All return shipping costs are for your account.

No. Cash refunds are not allowed. All returns will be exchanged for a Glamorizta gift card to the value of the purchase which you can use on your next purchase within 12 months.

Glamorizta will share the tracking details once your order has shippend and keep you updated on your order.
We only use reputable courier firms. All packages are sent with signature confirmation and only you will be able to sign for your package. Proof of identity will be required when you receive your order. We do not ship to a P.O. Box address.
