Glamorizta

Yes. Eligible products purchased from Glamorizta may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions set out below.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unworn and unused;
• Be unwashed;
• Be free from damage, marks, odours or other signs of use;
• Have all original labels and safety tags attached and intact;
• Be returned with its original packaging, accessories and any other items supplied with the product; and
• Be in a condition that allows Glamorizta to offer the item for sale again.

All returned items are inspected before a return is approved.

Glamorizta cannot accept a return if the item shows signs of wear, washing, use or damage, or if any original labels, safety tags, packaging or accessories have been removed, damaged or are missing.

Sale and discounted products are not eligible for return.

We also do not accept returns or exchanges of goods that have been damaged after purchase.

If a returned item does not meet our return requirements, the return will be rejected. The item will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense, and no reimbursement or credit will be issued.

No. Glamorizta does not offer monetary refunds.

Where an eligible return is approved, any applicable credit will be provided in accordance with Glamorizta's return terms.

Deposits are non-refundable in cash and, where eligible for return, will be issued as a Glamorizta gift card.

Yes. Eligible items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they meet all of the return conditions outlined above.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Sale and discounted products are not eligible for exchange.

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning an item to Glamorizta, including shipping and courier charges.

We recommend using a secure and trackable delivery service when returning high-value designer items.

No. Glamorizta does not accept returns from outside South Africa.

Returns can only be accepted from the country to which the original Glamorizta order was delivered. Where an order was delivered within South Africa, the return must therefore originate from South Africa.

Please include your order details and the item you would like to return. If your return request is eligible, our team will provide you with the relevant return instructions and return address.

Please do not send an item back before contacting Glamorizta.

No. Glamorizta does not offer repair services.

Damage resulting from improper use, insufficient care, accidental damage or normal wear and tear is the responsibility of the customer.

If your designer item requires repair or restoration, we recommend consulting an appropriately qualified third-party repair specialist. Any third-party repair service is engaged at the customer's own discretion and responsibility.
