Orders are dispatched on business days only. Glamorizta does not dispatch or deliver orders on weekends or South African public holidays.
Please note that dispatch time refers to the time it takes for your order to leave Glamorizta and does not include the courier's delivery time.
A flat delivery fee of R369 applies to orders delivered within eligible areas in South Africa.
The applicable delivery charge will be displayed as part of your order.
Glamorizta delivers to eligible addresses within South Africa using a trusted third-party courier service.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided when placing your order is complete and accurate.
Glamorizta does not currently deliver to rural areas.

Delivery times provided by Glamorizta are estimates.
We use a trusted third-party courier service to deliver orders and, although delays are uncommon, circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.
These may include courier delays, adverse weather conditions, service disruptions, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where possible, Glamorizta will keep you informed if we become aware that the delivery of your order has been significantly delayed.
Your order will be delivered to the address provided when your order was placed.
If no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will advise you of the next steps. Depending on the courier and delivery circumstances, the parcel may be left in an agreed safe place or returned to the courier's depot for redelivery or collection.

Once your order has been delivered to the delivery address specified by you, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you.

International shipping is not included in Glamorizta's standard R369 South African delivery fee.
Customers receiving an international shipment are responsible for all applicable import duties, customs charges, taxes and other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in Glamorizta's product prices or international shipping quote unless expressly stated otherwise.
Glamorizta is not responsible for additional customs, tax, import or clearance charges imposed on an international shipment.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure orders are dispatched and delivered within the estimated timeframes.
However, Glamorizta cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver where these are caused wholly or partly by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including delays experienced by third-party courier services.
Where possible, we will keep you informed if we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order.
